After about three months of watering and sun, finally these potatoes are ready! They were dug out from the backyard this evening. Now happily resting in our kitchen table. Haven’t thought about how to prepare them yet. Maybe salad, soup, or breakfast. :0) Any ideas?

A small arrangement of plants set in my kitchen next to the entrance/exit to the backyard. The plants are doing very well in this space because the kitchen receives lots of sun throughout the day. Most of the things you see here were given to me from various person except the metal pitcher which I purchased from a local thrift store. The green plant on the top right has grown so much that I have given away two baby plants. :0)
